Emma-Jane Taylor - Founder & Managing Director Emma-Jane is a TV presenter for That's TV, she presents the 'Well-being' chat show Friday evenings, 8pm and has interviewed all walks of life from celebrities to local business owners. She is also known as 'The Inspirational Mentor' and was voted the Best Fitness Instructor in the 'Muddy Awards' 2015 in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, she writes the 'Feel Good' column for the Henley Standard. She is an Entrepreneur, the Founder and Owner of NutritiousWorks (Fitness, Nutritional and Personal Training Companies) & OceanWorks Retreats. (Overseas Retreats).   She presents/public speaks at professional /corporate events across the UK. Emma-Jane is also a focused, determined, passionate trainer/mentor with over 20 years experience. She focuses on Body Transformations - Nutrition & Weight Mgt courses and more recently she started running online workshops worldwide. More recently her work sees her travelling Overseas co-ordinating Retreats to nourish the body, mind & soul. She works with a highly prestigious team to bring world class retreats to get clients back in line with their souls. She is passionate about ensuring all of her clients receive the right advice. She is a regular blogger /writes articles for social media and works hard to give everyone a reason to stay focused, keep energised and soul refreshed. Her client list is hugely extensive, she has worked with celebrities, stay at home Mum's, Landlords, Sports People, CEO's, Handicapped and Disabled, Pregnant, Business Men and Women!

Becky Hill - Personal Trainer/Class Instructor Becky puts her fitness experience and passion into her work. She is a popular trainer, teaching Bootcamps, Legs/Bums/Tums, HIIT and 1:1 sessions. Becky has completed her Level 2 fitness instructor qualification and is working towards her level 3 Personal Training qualifications. She works closely with Emma-Jane on her planning. Becky has been involved in fitness since an early age. In her teenage years up until aged 17, she ran for the Reading running club for whom she competed almost every weekend. Since then, she has continued to develop her passion for health and fitness and now teaches and attends a variety of fitness classes. Becky has a particular passion for running and loves maintaining her strength through weight lifting. Becky also loves to keep fit through boxing which she does weekly. Come and workout with Becky and you won’t lack the motivation you need to reach the goals you want to achieve.


Flick Haines - Pilates InstructorFlick has been teaching Pilates, Barre and General Fitness since 2014, but started practising Pilates when she was 9 years old.  ‘I really believe in the Pilates technique. It is an intelligent form of exercise. It can change your body and de-stress your mind. It really is for everyone!’  Flick was a Professional Dancer for 12 years. She trained at Elmhurst Ballet School. She graduated with a BA Hons in Dance and Pilates from London College of Dance-Middlesex University. She has a Level 3 qualification in Pilates Mat Work with Active IQ, and is a member of REPS.  1st Aid trained.  Flick has travelled the world dancing professionally for Carnival Cruise Lines, as well as working in the Commercial Industry of Dance for many years. “Teaching Pilates was a natural progression once I stopped dancing and had children. I have personally suffered from long term back and neck pain, as well as tearing of the abdominals during both my pregnancies. Through training and practicing Pilates it has kept my body Supple, Strong and Pain Free. Flick’s teaching style is fast flowing and I like to challenge my clients, changing up the routines weekly to keep the classes Fun and Fresh. I take care to ensure that every client gets the most out of every class, using the basic Pilates Principles.” Flick has had many years of experience working in a Pilates studio in Slough. She also specialises in teaching Pilates in people’s homes, Corporate Pilates and Rehabilitation. She also teaches Reformer and Mixed equipment. She teaches in many of the gyms in the local areas. ‘Never be afraid to fall apart because it is an opportunity to rebuild yourself the way you wish you had been all along’ Felicity is excited to be part of the ‘Nutritious Works Team’, and share her Personal Fitness knowledge with everyone.

Sam Pitt - Yoga Instructor, RYT200 I’ve studied yoga for more than ten years, beingdrawn to it specifically by the need to reduce ‘stressful’ living.  After very careful heart searching, I followed my instinct and decided to spend time in the Sinai deserts of Egypt where I was able to slow-down and redress the balance. My personal philosophy gives a mindful approach to my life and it’s an essential ingredient which I use in my teaching of yoga in this fast-paced World. I trained in Hatha/Sivananda Yoga in 2011 with Sunra Yoga in Egypt and I offer gentle, present-moment guidance for both those new to yoga and advanced yogis wanting to delve more deeply into their practise whilst continuing on their yoga journey. Jenni Bristow - Ballet Instructor Jenni started dancing at the age of three at the Susan Handy School of Dancing, where she studied cecchetti ballet, modern, tap and contemporary until she was 16. Jenni then earned her first professional job at 16 in a dance commercial for 'Train to gain.'

At 17 she then went on to train at the Northern Ballet School, completing a three year course, and gaining a National Diploma in Professional Dance, as well as her Diploma in Dance Instruction in ISTD ballet. Here she performed in many productions with the Northern Ballet School, and their jazz company, 'Jazzgalore.' After graduating, Jenni then went to work with MSC cruises as a dancer where she performed two west end style shows a night. Jenni then went on to finish her teaching qualifications in cecchetti ballet, and modern theatre at the Linda Sweetzer teachers training college. She also teaches tap, contemporary, jazz and street dance. Jenni is now having a break from performing, and pursuing her teaching career, and teachers at numerous dance schools, as well as being a busy mum to her daughter, Esmée!


Cara Wrightson - ZUMBA Step / ZUMBA Instructor Cara teaches Zumba Fitness and Zumba Step at NutritiousWorks. Cara first started teaching Zumba in December 2010 and loves every minute of it as she can smile, sing, dance and sweat, not even realising an hour has passed.  Cara has been involved with Performing Arts and dance since the age of three when she appeared on the Kenton Theatre stage as a twiglet in Babes in the Wood. She attended StageWorks Performing Arts School, Songtime Theatre Arts and local dance schools leaving school at sixteen to train professionally for four years at Studio La Pointe in Leeds. She graduated in 2012. Cara completed a four-year course gaining a National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre, as well as her IDTA Freestyle Teacher Training and Zumba qualifications. Following her graduation Cara worked professionally in Cyprus as a dancer & fitness instructor, where she choreographed various dance shows. Since returning home she has furthered her studies in dance by obtaining a BA Hons degree in Professional Dance Development.

Jo Metherell - Zumba Fitness Jo Metherell is a Zumba® Fitness instructor and has been teaching dance since 2011.  Jo was a keen dancer as a child, successfully competing nationally in ballet, jazz and modern styles of dance, and later on decided to incorporate this passion into a career. She teaches all styles of zumba fitness to all age groups, and is keen to adjust the pace of the class to the clientele, ensuring they get the best workout possible. She is first aid trained and also a qualified gymnastics coach. Jo regularly teaches all ages and both sexes, with her youngest client being 4 and her oldest being 80. All abilities can participate in Zumba®  Fitness, and Jo works hard to adapt the dance routine to the clients needs.  No prior experience is necessary, although a sense of humour is always good! Jo is also an ex marketeer, a mum to two girls (Eloise & Darcie), a keen horsewoman and skiier, and an A Level French assistant at Wycombe High School.  I look forward to meeting you all soon.
