Sam Pitt - Yoga Instructor, RYT200 I’ve studied yoga for more than ten years, beingdrawn to it specifically by the need to reduce ‘stressful’ living.  After very careful heart searching, I followed my instinct and decided to spend time in the Sinai deserts of Egypt where I was able to slow-down and redress the balance. My personal philosophy gives a mindful approach to my life and it’s an essential ingredient which I use in my teaching of yoga in this fast-paced World. I trained in Hatha/Sivananda Yoga in 2011 with Sunra Yoga in Egypt and I offer gentle, present-moment guidance for both those new to yoga and advanced yogis wanting to delve more deeply into their practise whilst continuing on their yoga journey. Namaste, Sam
